Payments made after 5:00pm PST Monday through Saturday and 2:00pm PST on Sunday will be posted to the following days account ledger and will incur applicable late fees as outlined in your rental agreement packet. (Example: a payment made on the 10th of the month at 6:00 pm PST will incur the applicable late fee outlined in the rental agreement).
